Meet Rachel Rose Katz

I spent four years as an emergency room social worker, including during the pandemic. Burnout eventually led me to step away from that work and into the music industry. I know what it’s like to build a different life and still find yourself asking what needs to change.

My own experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy helped draw me back to clinical work. It deepened my interest in change that reaches beyond understanding a problem to experiencing something different.

My clinical background includes psychiatric emergency services, crisis intervention, intimate partner violence, sexual assault advocacy, and support for women and families. I earned my MSW from Columbia University and my BA in Art History from Bard College.

I bring all of that into the room. I’m active, direct, and relational. I’ll ask questions, share what I notice, and stay engaged when things feel difficult. You don’t need to impress me or have a polished explanation for why you’re here.
