Information you choose to share

You may contact me by email, phone, text, or through the consultation scheduling link. For initial scheduling, please share only your name, contact information, availability, and whether you prefer phone or Zoom. We can discuss personal history and clinical concerns during a private conversation.

Please do not use email, text, or the scheduling link for emergencies or urgent clinical concerns.

Website and scheduling services

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may process technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, and basic usage data as part of providing and securing the website.

The consultation link opens Google Calendar. Information entered there is processed through Google’s services. External websites have their own privacy practices, and this notice does not control how those services operate.

Email, phone, and text

I use professional email and phone systems for practice communication. Electronic communication can still carry privacy risks, including misdirected messages, notifications visible on a device, or access by someone who uses your device. You may ask to limit email or text communication.

Current and prospective clients

If you become a client, you will receive additional information about privacy, recordkeeping, telehealth, informed consent, and communication practices. Clinical information is handled according to applicable professional, ethical, and legal requirements.

Cookies and analytics

Squarespace may use cookies and similar technologies needed for website security, performance, and basic analytics. You can adjust cookie controls in your browser, although some website functions may be affected.

Emergency communication

This website, email address, phone number, text line, and consultation scheduler are not monitored continuously and are not emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. In the United States, you may also call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
