Psychotherapy for adults and couples
You don’t have to know which kind of therapy you need before we talk. I offer individual and couples therapy online throughout California, with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy available remotely and through home visits in Los Angeles. Here’s how we can work together.
Individual therapy
$200 for 50 minutes. $250 for 80 minutes.
A place to say what you actually think, including the things you keep editing for everyone else. We’ll look at what keeps repeating, how you learned to get through difficult experiences, and what you want to do differently now. I’m engaged in the conversation. I ask questions, share what I notice, and work with you on responding differently when familiar patterns show up in your life. Our work may include relationship therapy, burnout and creative work, or EMDR.
Couples therapy
$250 for 80 minutes.
Active, collaborative therapy for couples who want to understand recurring patterns, communicate more honestly, and work through conflict, distance, trust, or a major decision. Explore couples therapy.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy
KAP is available remotely throughout California and through home visits in Los Angeles. Medicine sessions generally last two to three hours at $200 per hour, for a psychotherapy fee of $400 to $600.
I partner with Journey Clinical, a medical provider whose clinicians assess whether ketamine is appropriate for you and prescribe it when indicated. I provide the psychotherapy, including preparation, support during medicine sessions, and integration afterward. Journey Clinical’s medical care and medication costs are separate from my psychotherapy fees. Preparation and integration are billed separately at the agreed individual therapy rate. Learn about KAP.
Payment and availability
I do not accept insurance. A limited number of sliding-scale spaces are available, and you are welcome to ask about current availability.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept insurance?
No. The practice is private pay. If appropriate, you may ask whether documentation can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan.
How does the sliding scale work?
A limited number of lower-fee spaces are available for clients who would otherwise be unable to work with me. Availability changes, so please ask during consultation.
What happens during the consultation?
We will briefly discuss what brings you in, what you are looking for, my approach, fees, availability, and whether a first appointment makes sense. The consultation is not a therapy session.
Good Faith Estimates
If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. You may request one before scheduling and should keep a copy for your records.
